Over the past weekend we had the honor of delivering a custom diaper cake to a local baby shower. I created the diaper cake below from the original Giraffe Rattle Diaper Cake
Custom 5 Tier Plush Giraffe Rattle Diaper Cake
Modifications of the original diaper cake include adding 2 additional tiers to create a 5 tier diaper cake and adding baby girl items. In total this ended up being 120 diapers including a pink headband, hairbrush/comb, spoons, teething ring keys, and flowers & plastic pink pacifiers for decoration.

Local customer, Amina, wanted to use newborn diapers and baby items from her friends registry to create this custom cake. When I saw the fish bib, I tried to carry the theme in the diaper cake design.
Amina has told us “I love the Under The Sea diaper cake Melissa made out of items from my friend’s registry. My friend cried when she saw the gifts she desired presented in such a special, creative and beautiful way.”
