Brand Engagement

  • Most of you follow 10 or more brands on Facebook and Twitter and expect to hear from them on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Most often, you seek out brands on Facebook and Twitter because you feel satisfied, interested or impressed with a company, rather than for negative reasons or to express feelings of anger, disappointment or frustration.
  • If you “follow” or “like” a company/brand – it increases WOM and purchasing behavior.
