What is a Diaper Cake?
A diaper cake makes a great baby shower centerpiece, not only is it a beautiful addition to the baby shower decorations, but a very practical gift. The diaper cake can be styled to match the colors or theme of the baby shower adding a unique look to each table. After the baby shower, the expectant mom can then use all the diapers and items on the diaper cake for the care of the new baby.
How are the diaper cakes constructed?
The diaper cakes are initially constructed with rubber bands which is later replaced with ribbon. The diaper cakes are not glued and nothing is used on the diapers that would make them no usable on the baby. The final product is wrapped in white tulle and tied with a beautiful coordinating ribbon. The diaper cake is shipped in a study box and secured using either brown paper or air bubbles to ensure the position of the diaper cake in the box.
We use premium size 1 pampers swaddlers diapers, but offer any brand of diapers including eco-friendly organic Seventh Generation Diapers FREE of charge.
I don't see what I am looking for. Can I get something created or modified to fit my vision or theme?
Yes, we get quite a few custom diaper cake requests and modifications to existing diaper cakes. We can add or subtract tiers from diaper cakes. Add more items to diaper cakes. We can create diaper cakes based on a particular price. We have not failed yet to create a diaper cake that a customer has requested and not loved.

What forms of payment do you take?
- We use Paypal for payments, but you do not have to have an account with Paypal to purchase with us. If you do not have a Paypal account, when you complete your transaction, there is a section to enter your payment. If you do have a Paypal account you can login to pay through your current account. Payments accepted are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, VISA Check cards and Paypal.
- We have an account with Google Checkout and can send you an invoice for an order if you prefer Google Checkout
- We will also except money orders and cashiers checks, but will not ship the order until the check has cleared.
- We accept cash with local pick ups.
Is your website and check out process secure?
Yes. We employ industry standard 225 bit secure socket layer encryption to protect your personal information. We do not send unsolicited emails or share your information with any third party.
What if I want to order an item and it is out of stock?
If it is a one of a kind diaper cake and sells, we move it to our diaper cake ideas page, these cakes we no longer make. If you find an out of stock item on any other page, contact us and we can give you a time estimate on how long it would take to make the diaper cake. Sometimes it is just a matter of restocking an item on the diaper cake, which can take a day to restock or as long as a week. We try to strive to meet all our customer needs.
Shipping How are the diaper cakes packaged?

How long after I place my order is my item shipped/received?
Once we receive your order it takes a minimum of 24 hrs to 48 hrs to ship. If there is any reason the diaper cake would not ship in that time frame, the customer will get a personal call to discuss the reason and to decide whether the given time frame works.
Your diaper cake will be delivered via UPS ground depending on your location (check the UPS map) anywhere from 1 to 5 days.
How will I know when I will receive my diaper cake?
Once the diaper cake is shipped via UPS a tracking number is emailed and the tracking number is entered in the Paypal transaction (if using papal to pay). Customers can also check the order status online.
What if my package arrives damaged?
A claim will be filed with UPS for reimbursement. UPS is responsible for all packages once shipped. Keep box and damaged item UPS sometimes requires these items for reimbursement. Whether the customer wants the money refund from the UPS claim or another replacement diaper cake, we will work with the customer for which ever desired outcome is most beneficial. We guarantee 100% satisfaction to our customers.

What if I am not satisfied with the item I ordered?
We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all products. If it was damaged during shipping, a claim will be filed with UPS and we let you chose whether you would like to be refunded or resent the diaper cake with free next day shipping upgrade to get you the diaper cake. We know how important it is to have your product to you when you need it
If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of receiving the diaper cake, we will get the issue resolved quickly.
