Our items ship out within 24-48 hours. If we see any reason why your item would not ship within the 24-48 hour window, we would contact you to let you know. If a holiday falls on your ship date, your package will be shipped the next business day. UPS Ground can take any where from 1-5 days for the UPS Ground package to arrive. Please allow approximately 5-7 Business Days for your order to arrive.

All items are tracked via UPS tracking. There are three ways to track your order.

1. We email you the day the package is shipped with the UPS tracking number
2. The tracking number is entered into your Paypal order transaction online
3. You track your order status on our website
